Welcome

The One9 Motorsports Foundation was developed in honor of the passion Joshua Foster had for quarter midget racing. Our mission is to expose children to the opportunity to race a quarter midget to build the sport he loved. 


We raise money to provide a complete car for a child each year. Each year the nominations are reviewed and at least one car is awarded. There is a contract associated with the award to ensure the integrity of the Foundation and the growth of the sport. 

Board Members

Mike and Pamela Foster

 Mike and Pamela are Joshua's parents. They are the founding members who developed the Foundation in Joshua's honor. They are very active in the racing community as their daughters race and Mike races when time allows.  

Brian and Kimberley Griffin

Brian and Kim's son was the first to receive a car in honor of Joshua. They have been instrumental in developing and maintaining the One9 Motorsports Foundation. 

Jared and Andrea Monger

Jared and Andrea were foundational members of the board for One9 Motorsports helping to develop the expectations and process for giving away a car to a deserving child and family. Their family has experience in the race world and their son was one of the first Joshua ever invited to use his car to practice with before committing to the sport.
